We’re In The COMBO Songwriter Showcase – Hard Rock Cafe | Denver

Cass Clayton and Taylor Scott are honored and thrilled to be among the top scoring songwriters in the COMBO (Colorado Music Business Organization) Annual Songwriting Competition, with 4 songs in their top scoring entries. Each year they select 20 top songs, 18 of which are featured in a compilation CD. The judges don’t know the name of the song, who wrote it or who performed it. They judge only on lyrics and melody, not the production quality. So to have 4 of our songs in this mix is really exciting.
Please join us to celebrate! On Nov. 17 at 8pm COMBO will be presenting some of the top scoring songwriters at Hard Rock Cafe in Denver. Early in the evening, Cass and Taylor will do an acoustic version of two of their winning songs. Then, during the post-party, from 10-11:30, they’ll play a full set with the band, including special guest Todd Smallie (JJ Grey and Mofro, Derek Trucks Band).
COST: Free to attend. Your budget’s choice of a meal and drink! Also, kids are welcome – bring your future songwriters and young musicians. Thank you sooo much for supporting live music!
