I don’t know quite how to describe the Sit-N-Bull Saloon. This is a hole in the rock with live music on the weekends, and it’s a blast. The bar is built against a rock wall, with the back open to a mini waterfall complete with gnomes. We have a great crowd of dancers every time we play here, and the owner, Paul, makes everyone feel like family. There’s a steady stream of bikers and tourists who come through all day long for a beer and really, really great food.
If you’ve never made the drive, Parmalee Gulch in Indian Hills is a gorgeous drive in the summer and fall, making this a destination for those of us who appreciate the authentic local mountain bar experience.
