What follows are examples of the various FONTS and SIZES set up Globally in the Typography settings available under “Style” tab in the widget editor for Text and Header elements. Remember to use these settings and NOT manually setting these things (on a per-element basis) so that global changes can be made in one place, which will affect the entire site. This is important as it saves a ton of work over having to go into every page and manually change each and every text element.

Note, most PAGES are created directly in Elementor, while individual POSTS are made in the WordPress native (Gutenberg) editor and these global typography definitions applied automatically. If you wish to get fancy in your individual posts, realize you may be overriding the global typography settings, so be judicial in your Post creations.
